By accessing or using PrePressOS (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of applicable fees, PrePressOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business operations as a print shop or related business.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify PrePressOS immediately of any unauthorized use. PrePressOS is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your credentials.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current billing period. PrePressOS reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). PrePressOS processes Customer Data only to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your Customer Data. You may export your data at any time through the Service's built-in export tools.
PrePressOS and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property rights. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. Feedback you provide about the Service may be used by PrePressOS without restriction or compensation.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payment processing), QuickBooks Online (accounting sync), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), and Google Workspace (email delivery). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. PrePressOS is not responsible for third-party services.
PrePressOS will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability. The Service is provided "as is" without a formal SLA unless otherwise agreed in writing. Support is provided via the in-app help center and email.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. PREPRESSOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREPRESSOS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. PREPRESSOS' TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrePressOS and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. PrePressOS may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. PrePressOS will retain your Customer Data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Class action waiver: disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis.
PrePressOS may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
