Enter your die size, web width, and pitch gap — Formation calculates the optimal across count, centers the layout on the web, and places every copy with perfect bleed and gap.
Flexo Distortion Correction
Enter your plate thickness and Formation works out the distortion for that job’s repeat — K = 2πt, applied around the cylinder where the stretch actually happens. Every repeat gets its own number, and if you’ve measured your own K, type it in and it wins.
Eyemark Placement
Toggle eyemarks on and set them to register left or right edge. Formation places them at the correct pitch interval and offsets them away from die cut lines — no manual positioning.
